Do we provide support over the phone?
A: When you call us we will do our best to help you, but we have no dedicated phone support team for residential customers. The best thing thing is to book an appointment with our friendly mobile technicians.

Do you sell only complete computer systems, or do you sell parts as well?
A: We sell both complete computer systems and parts. To take advantage of our warranties it is best to get us to install your new computer component.

After initial contact, when can you be on-site to fix my computer?
A: We will try to get there as soon as possible. We always try to fit in with your busy life, so often it is up to you when you want us to come around.

Do you offer same-day service?
A: Yes we do; but as always, this is on a first in, first-served system. Sometimes it is just not possible for us to fit everything in that day.

Yes we do. We can help you find the computer that suits your family or business needs. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff will make sure you get the computer that will give you the best performance for your needs at an affordable price.
