Q: What are your business hours?
A: Our store is open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 9am to 7pm Friday. We do however also offer a service where we come to you, which can be organised for evenings as well.
Q: Do I have to bring my computer to you?
A: It's up to you, we offer both on-site and in-store service. So you can come to us or we will come to you. Our mobile technicians are well equipped to deal with any issues. We also offer a pick-up and drop-off service. Call us on 1300 044 154 to inquire about our full range of service options.
Q: What areas do you service?
A: Our store is located at 7/32 Bayfield Street, Rosny Park TAS 7018 and our mobile technicians service the entire Greater Hobart area.
Q: Do we provide support over the phone?
A: When you call us we will do our best to help you, but we have no dedicated phone support team for residential customers. The best thing thing is often to come and see us at our store located at 32 Bayfield Street, Rosny Park or book an appointment with our friendly mobile technicians.
Q: Do you sell only complete computer systems, or do you sell parts as well?
A: We sell both complete computer systems and parts. To take advantage of our warranties it is best to get us to install your new computer component.
Q: After initial contact, when can you be on-site to fix my computer?
A: We will try to get there as soon as possible. We always try to fit in with your busy life, so often it is up to you when you want us to come around.
Q: Do you offer same-day service?
A: Yes we do; but as always, this is on a first in, first-served system. Sometimes it is just not possible for us to fit everything in that day.
Q: Do you offer advice on which computer would be best for my use?
A: Yes we do. We can help you find the computer that suits your family or business needs. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff will make sure you get the computer that will give you the best performance for your needs at a affordable price.
